The Resonance Room offers a distinctive, multi-sensory therapy in a cozy space, combining light, sound, and vibration frequencies. This harmonious blend fosters relaxation, peace, well-being, and inter-connectedness, creating a holistic balance for the mind, body, and soul.
A RELAXING AND REJUVENATIING EXPERIENCE
After setting an intention for your session you’ll find yourself reclining on a comfortable, heated waterbed, surrounded by soothing aromatherapy scents to help your body and your mind relax.
You’ll be wearing headphones that deliver captivating soundscapes meticulously crafted to help you relax and elevate your well-being. Feel the gentle vibrations from speakers beneath the waterbed, creating a subtle massage that deepens your relaxation. As you close your eyes, immerse yourself in a vibrant light show of colours, sacred geometry and fractals.
The frequencies of light, sound and vibration all work together to guide your brainwaves into a state of serene relaxation, boosting your immune system and all its life supporting effects. This is what awaits you during your Resonance Room Session.
We can accommodate up to 4 people per session, it’s a great group experience or date night idea!
HOW TO HAVE YOUR BEST EXPERIENCE
Everyone’s experience is unique so no two sessions are ever the same. Below you’ll find a few tips to help you make the most out of your experience at the Resonance Room. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session for paperwork and to acclimate.
GET COMFORTABLE
Firstly, take a moment to ensure your comfort is a priority. Visit the restroom beforehand, even if time is tight. The Resonance Room experience can release stored emotions, and these chemicals are commonly eliminated through urine. It's typical to feel the need for a restroom visit post-session.
Secondly, opt for comfy attire. Remove any metal accessories and belts, and choose non-restrictive clothing for optimal breathability. We offer extra pillows if needed, enhancing your posture or providing leg support. Your ease is our focus, so don't hesitate to request what you need for a more comfortable session.
HYDRATE
Drink lots of water before your session. Staying well-hydrated enhances overall relaxation, allowing for a deeper and more effective experience. A hydrated body facilitates toxin elimination, contributing to an enhanced state of well-being. Steer clear of caffeine it can contribute to increased muscle tension and nervousness as well as sensitivity to external stimuli. and promote a more calm state during your session.
BREATHE
Your session will begin with a 5 minute grounding meditation to help you land in the space, in the experience and to reconnect with your breath. Deep focused breathing helps the body drop really fast into the parasympathetic system which takes you out of the thinking mind. Continue to bring your attention back to your breath. Breathing in and out of your nose for a relaxing experience. When the mind has something to focus on there is no room for mundane thoughts. You might notice your fingertips begin to tingle and as you continue to breathe consciously this feeling may spread throughout your entire body for a deep state of relaxation.
OPEN YOUR MIND
Once you've reached a state of full relaxation, reconnect with the intention for your session. It's completely fine if this intention evolves. Common intentions include focusing on health, wealth, out-of-body experiences, or seeking answers to ongoing challenges. This mental space taps into a different part of the brain, fostering the emergence of new and innovative solutions, enhancing creativity, and providing inspiration. Many individuals note that the impact of a Resonance Room session on their thought processes lasts for approximately 3-4 days, after which old habits may reappear. Regular sessions further embed the benefits as the new program becomes ingrained.
RELAX DEEPLY
In this profound state of relaxation, we gain access to parts of the brain seldom reached in our daily waking lives, bypassing the habitual use of the frontal cortex. The neocortex, which harbors fixed opinions about health, wealth, and relationships, is momentarily set aside. As our bodies respond to our thoughts, interrupting habitual thoughts of pain and suffering prompts feelings of well-being, initiating a healing process. The longer we sustain this state, the swifter our bodies can fulfill new programming, fostering a more expedited journey toward well-being.
